Time to accumulate Gold

The Gold is off from its peak of $460 reached on December 3rd, 2004.
The best way to invest in Gold without touching is the Exchange Traded
fund (ETF) called streetTRACKS Gold shares (Symbol: GLD) . It started
trading on November 18, 2004 offering an excellent way to ordinary
investors for participating in bullion trading. One GLD share represents
one-tenth of the per ounce Gold value. The best thing we like about the
fund is their low expense ratio of 0.40%.

Yesterday's closing price of GLD was $42.69 which means that yesterday's
price of one ounce of Gold was $426.90. With stronger dollar the price
may go down a little bit more but we cannot be too sure. If you have cash,
it is time to start accumulating GLD in installments of about 1000$ or so,
so that you can dollar-cost average. In these days of uncertainties about
US economy and slow growth rate, you will certainly benefit from investing
in Gold in long term. Only point is: Don't put your all cash at one time.
Rather spread your investment in time - which we always suggest.
